How can I describe my admiration and gratitude for Andrea? She is the most Incredible human EVER! Not only is she super knowledgeable about plastic surgery post op care, and post op care in general, her former EMT experience is always coming in handy and she is always educating me on different ways to help me heal. She also has endless patience, and I say that fully knowing I can test people's patience because of my ocd and wanting things done an exact way, asking the same questions over and over, and worrying about everything possibly being infected lol . She never made me feel bad, and was always understanding and reassuring and adaptable to my needs (constantly changing gloves, washing her hands, making sure things wouldn't be re-used to help my contamination fears) . She has DONE everything you can imagine someone might need post op who is unable to walk or shower on their own and MORE: heating up my food, giving me shots, picking up medicine or anything we might need, and being the best cheerleader anyone can ask for! She puts her heart and soul into what she does and it shows from the first time you meet her. I TRULY can't imagine my recovery without her! She feels like family to me now and I'm so happy and grateful I ever met her. You would be SO LUCKY to work with Andrea for any post operative care you might need! She is an angel!! Lydia B.
